Order Placement

To make an order choose a suitable FLOWY product and fill up a pop-up form with your contact details on flowycanvas.com and pay for the order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from info@flowycanvas.com within 24 hours.

FREE International Shipping

FLOWY products are shipped free of charge to certain countries indicated in the list. Local import duties and taxes might apply depending on the country where the shipment is going to be delivered. These costs do not fall under FREE International Shipping.

FLOWY uses the State Postal Services for arranging FREE International Shipping. Delivery time is 10-20 days (in a high season it may take up to 30 days). Other courier services may be used for additional payment (on request).

Replacements, Returns and Cancellations

You can get in touch with us at the email info@flowycancas.com if you’d like to process a replacement, return or cancellation.

Replacement and Return Policy

– We accept replacements for products damaged in transit, faulty products. We accept replacement orders only till 14 days after delivery of the product.

– Free of charge replacement of the damaged product will be shipped to the customer.

– If the customer would like to exchange the product with another one, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

– If the customer cancels the order before dispatch a 6% cancellation fee would be charged.

– If the customer cancels the order after the shipment has been dispatched, the artist/customer shall be liable to pay the 6% cancellation fee and also the shipping cost.
